Shipping Policy
We ship to virtually any address in the world! We know you’re excited to get what you ordered. As such, we aim to ship within 2 working days of receiving your confirmed order. We use FedEx Express Shipments which means you get what you ordered within 5 to 7 working days of shipping date! It depends very much on destination and the speed of customs clearance.
Calculating Your Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for orders from beachbatik.com are
weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page
(they are very light and you pay minimum shipping charges!) To reflect the
policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to
the next full half-kilogram.
Return Policy
You may return any unworn apparel or unused items in its
original condition within 15 days of purchase for a full refund by following
the Return Guidelines below. We can only refund shipping costs if return is a
result of our error.
Return Guidelines
* Returns and exchanges are only acceptable within 15 days of purchase.
* Exchanges are subject to a second shipping charge.
* Clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* All items must be unused or in like-new condition.
* Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange.
* Please send merchandise prepaid via normal Postal Service. Note: We do not refund return shipping via FEDEX, UPS or any equivalent courier company.
